My Chicken Salad


1- 10.5 oz can of chicken
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. chopped spicy pickles {w/ a little juice} or use relish in place.
     -I use Wickles Relish {The BEST I've had!}
1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped

Additional {optional, yet highly recommended} ingredients:
Almonds
Sunflower seeds
Chopped celery
Dried cranberries

Mix it all together & chill/serve! 

I love to serve my chicken salad on crossiants, fresh from the bakery... Especially when entertaining. 

However, they are almost as wonderful, & of course a little healthier, on whole grain Sandwich Thins.
